Shipping Terms and Conditions:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipping times are 2-8 business days.
  • We ship to all 50 states in the USA.
  • OnPoint reserves the right to switch the shipping method and cost for overweight packages.
  • Ground-only delivery required for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
  • If a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending of the package.
  • We will gladly accept returns providing that goods are returned in their original packaging, in salable condition within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used unless it is damaged or defective. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products/health products for any reason.
  • We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent.

 

How to Make a Return:

In Store

  • Bring your merchandise to OnPoint Family Center with the original receipt. If you would like to exchange your purchase, we will help you find the right item.

By Mail

  • Email us at onpointshopify@gmail.com to notify us of the return.
  • Pack your return securely, with your printed invoice included.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and tracking of their package.
  • Please allow 10-14 days business days for the processing of your return by mail.
  • Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account.
